lumia 521 code not working

i have lumia 521 tmobile,that is simlocked,i have the code but when i try to put it,it shows incorrect pin.afterwards if i try again it shows sim error.
please whats the problem

when u enter code and its say incorrect pin after restarting phone do u get same no of tries left or 1 try is reduced everytime?
