For Users who are going to purchase for first time and are also new in forum , U have to complete these steps in order to get money added otherwise full money will be refunded to your particular paypal account . :- 1. Owner Verification - U have to send us some valid proof ( Driving License/Passport) which should be same with the paypal owner details . 2.Email Verification - U have to Send us Email from same email which is being used on paypal and u have to mention and Agree for what service u are paying for. 3. Phone Verification - You have to send us an SMS with Paypal email and transaction ID [ Required for add credits as well ] . 4. Must post in forum here in this post with EMAIL - Transaction ID - Invoice ID . [ as well Required for add credits ] These rules are created just to save time . These rules are only for User who are new to us and are dealing for first time and are new in forum as-well .
