Old vodafone dongle need only to change dashboard with mobile partner, to use and recognize it on PC.....but newest not.
Please don't change dashboard before to copy entire contenents of device of modem dongle (vodafone dashboard) into your hard-disk....

K4505 successfully debrand with firmware and dashboard from Huawei E182
K3765 dashboard with mobile partner is : UTPS11.302.09.00.03_MAC11.301.10.00.03.exe

I have a K3765 that has been unlocked and flashed to the UTPS11.302.09.00.03_MAC11.301.10.00.03.exe dashboard.

Unfortunately it still requires vodafone software to be installed.

Yes, it's true..you must have vodafone installed to have correctly modem recognized by PC...change dashboard into modem and after install it into PC not enough (@"Erdman").
I'm searching any firmware version for this modem dongle...

simple
use nokia pc suite to connect
insert vodafone usb stick
install nokia pc suite and connect to web
then go to setting and enter manually access point name
