hello my query to know that time is that I have orders sent this request Order # 548. from the day 26/11/2014 11:53:35 and I mark IN PREPARATION that much time it takes to prepare you for your attention

i contact them , then did not reply me . i dont understand
i think i have to contact my paypal for cancel

i normal bought from gsmsp everythng going very fast without any problem
but with shop.gpgindustries i dont understand and this is my first time
buying something from them .
no communication nothing no reply my message . i dont know

I also ordered for merapi tool activation till 5 days over its still showing preparation. I cant understand where to contact them. is there way to contact them?
