Order - missing item and wrong product


Hi
I decided to write here , because GPG does not respond. I tried to contact Phoebe (by email and sonork) and Mr. Christophe by sonork and skype, but no response.
In my last order we paid for:
RJ45+USB cable for Sams E210 NS PRO 30 pcs, but got cable for Z3x
Also paid for 10 pcs of UART CLIP for NSPRO , but received 5 pcs only - so 5 pcs is missing.
It is really small issue, so I hope it will be solved (refunded) asap.
