connecting problem

i m new in cruiser i m trying to connect j300 and k700 with cruiser but it gives this"

But this phone are working or are dead?;)

both are on and showing the problem of "insert correct sim card" and both r damaged with hwk

i had a same problem with k700 and cruiser wouldn't touch it
same error
got the usb -smart out and used recovery option
after that could attach with cruiser without any problem
