Cruiser Problems - Lead Please Read - Or Mizar & Nizze

Hi,

Following my cruiser problems...

It was doing Box Login Failed. - i thought it was deactivated - dont know why because it worked prior to installing v9.66 - now I have been running around like a headless chicken since last week and am using USB-Smart.

BUT - I STILL NEED CRUISER, CRUISER IS BEST AND WORKS 100%.

I spoke to Mizar, didnt get far, he said a new update was comming out, should fix my problems - it's out and hasnt fixed any problems at all, still the same - Box Login Failed.

I was told to keep it shut regarding the update last week, so I did, but why? when the update hasnt worked and clearly wasnt released to fix this problem, as you can see from reading build history.

So now I ask, why am I being ignored by Lead, maybe it was becuase my post got to page 5 on here becuase there was that many other post's and lead wasnt here for over 5 days during one week - so he wouldnt see it if it was bumped to page 5.

Ok that was one reason, but I started diggin and talking to resellers, the main UK reseller has being helping me, he said he would ask for activation again... he did - no reply since last week, so i asked complete fone ltd, they did same, no - reply since last week either.

So I tried to find my invoice, couldnt find it, so i asked premier if he could tell me where i bought it, i gave him a list of people we buy from, he said it was FoneDoctor (now STB Trading), so I spoke to these guy's - they cant do naff all becuase theyre company "FoneDoctor" went into Liquidation last year and all debts / transactions since then and support has been scrapped.

So - this left me in a right state of mind, i was going ballistic with everyone - swearing etc, just basically heavily stressing out...

Now after an hour or so of doing Premier GSM's head in, he said this:

Ok this is strange - I am not a hacker, never have been, never will be... so sort this out...

philips one it came with (the white motion media one), and then a silver vygis one, and same again but USB-Smart one, then finally plugged smart card into a box we have that has schlumburger reader, all readers picked it up fine, and displayed s/n in cruiser.

i was told there was a counter on dongle access, when it gets to 0 it stops working, and needs to be reactivated.

Since i went for coffee - Premier GSM dissapeared, not come back online since, unless he blocked me.

Lead - finally, if you are taking the piss out of us by doing this then stop it - becuase we have never been interested in hacking etc, and you have done whatever you tried to the wrong person... please sort it - I have always been a geuine customer to you guy's - and finally why would i want to hack my own paid for s/w... answer that one.

I hope so bro, they have been away for a few days now, well a while, - tell a lie, Lead was here other day becuase he made an update (well 2 updates) but he didnt stay long, and i wasnt here - im only here during week 9 - 6 pm and on saturdays.

Hopes it gets fixed, if not looks like ill have to get something else.

Come on now guy's - been nearly two weeks - no replies to me or the reseller or the main uk reseller who is helping me too...

Please please help me with my problem... if this isnt sorted soon, I will have no choice to go and take our business else-where, this is not good for Cruiser team, I have been a respectable customer for years and did plan to be for years to come... but your starting to make my mind think different...

Sort this problem out please, I havnt done anything to deserve this, I was accused of being a hacker by Premier GSM (well not by him directly, by Mizar) who had supposadly said this to him, and that's it - nothing else has been said...

Well for your information, I wouldnt know how to hack my self out of a paper bag - let alone some computer s/w.

AND - WHY would i want to hack cruiser? I bought cruiser and paid good money so do you really think I would do a thing like this and risk my investment - finally, even if I was a hacker, how would this effect me using cruiser - imaging Yoush4 - if he bought cruiser would you deactivate his card? he is a good hacker, i dont think you would, would you? - also, why would we buy it if we was going to hack it - we are only a small shop that specialises in repairs and sim free... so come on - if what i have been told is correct - then do something becuase your facts are wrong - like i said, never a hacker, and wouldnt have first clue about it.

And - who ever is reading this now other than Cruiser team, what are your views on this - this is a big headache for me, i would like some reviews PM'ing to me... then we can show cruiser team what everyone else thinks of this too.. this is not good guy's - seriously.

bump 6th time...... still no reply's to any of my emails, its been two weeks since today this problem started and no-one has given any good information on my problem.

Im being accused of being a hacker and I aint.

Please everyone who know's me personally on here, assure this team of who I am and what sort of people we are...

It does seem a little harsh without any form of evidence to backup this claim. Yeh i know if a hacker was asked they'd deny it, but look at the guys previous postings - does it look like the kind of stuff a hacker would post?

Are you sure this wasn't a fob off or someone jumping to the wrong conclusion without looking at possible causes? I don't know you personally but i don't believe you're a hacker from Bradford

Lead - at least give him the benefit of an explanation into what could be going on or what he's meant to have done - if it turns out this guy is a hacker then i'm personally going to Bradford to stick his dongle up his A**E!!!!

HAHA That was kind of confusing to me - but I got my head round it and understand your point.

Please - I dont know how much I can stress this, but I am not a hacker, I wouldnt have the first clue about hacking... - I wanted to read up on it years ago before I even started working with phones - but there was so much to look into, and I don't have the first clue about programming so how would I learn how to reverse things if I didnt know how to Code them in the first place.

Anyways - no matter what I say or try to do, this wont settle anyone's mind regarding me a hacker... im just very good at computers and technology and am quite young so still has tons of space in my brain for knowledge.

Please guy's = i hope this is sorted out.

It has not been disabled becuase you are definatly a hacker. for example LEAD has not banned your serial etc

The software protection kicked in an disabled your card for some reason which is unknown to me

but the protection is to stop hacking/spying including ripping cruiser firmware etc

only lead can clarify the situation but obviously he hasnt replied

and no it wasnt a fob off as why would i bother, this person did not pay me directly for cruiser so i had no reason to tell him a lie

Cruiser belong to Lead, he should sort out the problem.
Even now cruiser is cheap (Some body at clothe shop using one) but still why should he buy one, if he never damage at first place.

Now this a matter of principle. Either Lead or Mizer should help him out.

I could or any body could have this kind of problem in the future.
