@Nizze - Can you help us out please...

Today and yesterday I have been trying to download some flashes and have had numerous problems:

1- Yesterday I downloaded 1 file successfully out of 5 I needed - the other 4 where corrupt - they also counted as full downloads as I kept trying to get the files and then it said I had used my daily limit of 10 downloads - although I only got 1 file from the site...
2- Today I am having the same problems yet again - I have not tried to many times as I dont want it to do what it did yesterday - but all I can say is it keeps cutting me off... Grrrr..............

How long is it going to take you guys to sort this out? I seriously considering selling my Cruiser if this persists - Its taking the pisss as I cant repair customers phones and I look like a prick to the customer! You wont know what I mean as you never had egg on your face like this...

Sort it out guys or im selling it and buying HWK.

We have same problem...

Supposed to be 10 files a day - out of 10 I might be lucky if I get two out of the 10.

Plzzzzzzzzzzz guys try little harder i know its not easy this i can understan but guys plus the morror server we need agood update that can tackle the new phones we keep losing customers coz of w550 t.e.x...

Could you describe the problem with downloading more? Which files you could not download?

If you try to download problem file once more, will you be successfull?

Hi - at the moment I aint bothered about support site - I need help on w550 - cant convert and cant repair it - dead and 4 locks closed.

Anyway re: site... eventually it will download the file - its not one particular file - its a problem with the server or along the lines of that... it can be any file i try.

yea I agree whith this guys files is corupted only because of download is not completly fini6ed

The downloaded file size is OK. Server has no problems with connectivity or something else. If you think that the downloaded file size is different that how is presented on the webpage, you should try to lookup it in Total Commander. File size near file name is the same as is on the web page but file size on the bottom is less. It is caused by two different ways that can be used to count file size. So if you download something, you could see some aberrance.
