In what way is it difficult to open compared to any other webpage with downloads? Most people in here have absolutely no problems working the Support pages. (This ofcourse not counting when it is down, but at that time there is a backup page.)

In what way? What is it that you expect Cruiser to do that other flashing utilities can? And please do not say DB2020 based phones, because no other tool can do that standalone.....

You are just having too high expectations, thats all. Try to be a little more realistic, or try breaking DB2020 yourself, and see how "easy" that is.

Cruiser team take abit longer to release goodies but they are tried and tested, would much rather wait awhile for fully working update that have a buggy release, patience is a virtue

There weren't any guarantee that you can use Cruiser to unlock DB2020 when you bought your Cruiser, so you don't expect too much.

Then you will be very happy.

but now we loose customers, becouse flashes absent, new models not supported and etc.
