do i needed to modify the old cable?


Hi all,
I've the USB cable go with Fighter dongle, it's look like the cable in zenithteam web



it can detech K700 with fighter 4.31 but doesn't working anything exept flash ARM. so the question please help me know: do i needed modify the cable to get more function or it was enough to do all function with all new model of Sony-ericsson. (I needed fklashing AVR ti change langguage on K700, S700..)

That is the only thing you can do for now with this phones.
You have to wait for updates(hope they fix this soon)
in meantime you can get loggs and do what you want to the phone

what is this new cable like ? if i remember well there is now this new cable that u can use with fighter . whats the name ?

The UC-10 Cable, it has the smartcard reader built into it.

the new uc-10 cable no longer uses the ps/2 heads
so if your uc-10 cable starts to deform to the point it won't connect to the phone, you'll have to pay for a new cable

whereas with the old cable, you can get a new ps/2 head for it
