move to tab security AVR and click write security and click directe unlock.

use cruiser 13.11 version it works well and full option with this kind of phone T610-T630.the real problem is in version 13.21 not in the phone i have tested many times while i was facing problem,its 100% full tested just try to find that version of Cruiser and will be ok everything
