SE-Fighter problem - GSM-Forum

yestrday i buy here se-fighter package (dongle,interface, and 3 cd-s with soft)

i try to instal this soft on 4 desktop and one laptop , and no sucess ........
im not beginer in this job, and i try exactly steps from user manual from 1. cd ....... but always same problems, only one pc (asus mainboard with usb 2.0 recognize ok dongle, all others say unknown device, i have instaleted . drivers for this smart card .etc)
on this pc (pIV with asus mainboard ) smart card is recognised ok, but when i try to start soft, system crashes imidetly !
on 1. cd is install for winxp , but file is corupted ......
support area on Lead site is not working 2 days ago
and at end, i think i will **** up this dongle, and buy simple DIV usb and not play with this strange SE_ fighter
i think soft is good, but why no support from SPHERE gsm , OR LEAD
im realy mad, and i will ask now for help....
evryone here say about good support, and i have nothing. i just buy this device for 280 e , and i cant use it......
i think is very bad advertise for LEAD

PS. sorry for my bad english, and again ask LEAD for help !!!

1. if your system shuts down or resets instantly as you start software, you must remove "programmer's tools" like Softice or OllyDBG or even BC++/Delphi JIT debugger from your computer.

2. support site is working EXCELLENTLY.

ABIT IC7/IS7 and the like with the new NB won't detect the reader physically, it is a big problem though..

Why the hell you don't ask for help supplier of our dongle! It's his work to help you! That's why resellers are here. Lead has nothing to do with end user customer support.

Anyway you didn't give us any information about software configuration of those computers so how can we solve your problem then?

1. My system(xp) crashes like above & i have no BC++ software & i've removed nothing till it worked!
2. Now it works!!! I've never seen support site before.

3. Only 1 usb port recognized the smartcard(strange) & now after 2 days of restarting my PC it works on 98se+XP!

4. SphereGSM Fighter is the best tool for Sony Ericsson, we know!!!

ALL problems solved, after buyes on PCI to USB2.0 card

but card must be with nec chip inside .......... and no problem all works fine, on any pc !!
this problem with smart card is hardware incompatible

)

Many computer parts producers don't follow official specifications of USB

we have the same problem, some of new dongles dont work on USB1.0 ( all old dongles work on usb1.0, old meand form last stock ).

So i think something is changed in hardware or card is changed and it works only on USB2.0.

I have a problem with cable........it works correctly first but some days ago it lend go and know the soft always says tha same....
Fighter ready!
Connecting via Fighter USB Cable...
Activating phone...
but nothing more..... try with two desktop and others two different laptops and not work...
If i don´t plug the cable and initialice the soft, it detect some cables, how is possible......and when i plug the cable and reset for search new one no other appear......
How can i repair my cable.

I have the same problem with you with my SE FIGHTER. UNKNOWN DEVICE ALL THE TIME.

UST works fine with this computer, SE FIGHTER dont.

Is this hardware incompatibility. Is UST and FIGHTER have similar dongles?

You must not use Fighter and UST dongle at the same time !!!

yes of course, i use it 1 at a time. Just everytime i plug in the SE FIGHTER dongle and detects UNKNOWN DEVICE.
