having some problem with SE A1 Unlocker - GSM-Forum

I am trying to unlock a W580 I-Mode with SE A1 Unlocker. did few of these phones few months ago with no probem. However, when i tried to use it today, the part under Smartcard reads" No smartcards"

what can this cause it to dissappear ? please help. Thanks

Check if Box is Plug to USB port & check Drivers if installed.

i guess it was a problem with the port. switched port and its fine
