How To Unlock K310i - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,
I got one K310i for unlocking.i am using the latest cruiser ver.10
when i am attaching the phone it's charging,so i took of the battery and inserted again but again it's started charging.Phone is not ataching to cruiser it's just charging.i selected normal boot and attached but of no use.
so guys i need your help.i am new to cruiser and i have no idea about it.please help me.Your help would be appreciated.

buddy i think the charging jack of the set is not good open the set and just wash the charging jack 100% it will ok

Try clean connectors... If they are dirty the handset can have problems attaching...

@moderate

Sorry not sure if K310i uses the K750i type connector. If yes, make sure you're supplying the correct voltage which is 3V DC.

You can also try this:
1. make sure the battery is 100% charged, insert it to the phone
2. do not physically connect the cable to the K310i yet
3. start Cruiser, after the ready message, click "Attach to Phone"
4. wait for the power up message, THEN attach the cable to the phone

Hopefully you should see the initialisation message.

which flash should be used for flashing this phone so that it works perfectly..

Hi , just attach external DC 9v to your cruiser cable, and everything will be ok,

but there is Cruiser forum, advise users to use other tool is not usefull for them, because they have no reason buy 2 tools for one brand.

Anyway his problem is only in cable or dirty phone connector.
