smart card cruiser not working - GSM-Forum

hi i have problem, my smartcard is not working. nothing happen when i plugged in to my computer. what i must do? no green led too.. nothing happen. why? anyone know?

yes there is no light just only a few blink then you need to installed the driver for the card. go to the cruiser folder and install the smartcard driver. once you open the cruiser application you can see the card number on the lower left of the application if still ??????????? remove and reinsert the card.

i think not software problem because i have another cruiser smart card and working well in my computer. i was try to remove and reinsert my old smartcard and still no response. nothing..
