charging battry as soon as conect the lg phone

from the time i install the latest program on cruiser now as soon as i conect any LG phone and click attached the phone phone light up and says charging phone.
i dont realy know what is the problem. i reinstal the program even i did instal the older version but same thing happen .
if any one can help please.

Try to click attach the phone and then put the cable inside the phone.
If that don't work click attach the phone put cable inside the phone and then put battery in phone.

thanks for the reply but this is happend to othere pc as
well i tried on my othere pc but same thing happend. it is just on LG and it is fine on sonyericson.
i knew this from past to replace the battry and conect the cable after click attach but after all this try i put this post.

please cruiser team help
