Problem with 4 in cable from Teleway?

Cruiser can not detect the cable, I have tried with another one as well but Cruiser can not open the com-port. The drivers are installed correctly and I tried to re-install but no luck

I have a similar problem; cable was not recognised, I changed in the cruiser settings the com port (14 for me) manuallu to US-10 cable. Now I can start cruiser on COM14, but when I press attach to phone, the phone starts charging, but no further reaction.

Any idea ?

When I try the 4in1 cable with a T630, there is no problem, so drivers are OK

You will need external power (3V) to help to solve this problem.

I did connect the 3V, but the problem is the same, when I get 'powering up phone', the phone reacts by starting to charge, but notting happens in Cruiser
