problem unlocking W380 with full unlocker - GSM-Forum

hi!

today i wanted to unlock a W380i ... it gave me this message.

like you see, it costed me the first time one supreme credit, but the phone isnt unlocked. i assume it seducted me another credit the second time, but i didnt want to try a third time. have you got problems with the server or what is it about?

please solve the problem and put back 2 credits on my account again

Hi

as you can see your unlock was scheduled on Monday (anyway try connect your phone tomorrow afternoon, maybe unlock will be ready).

First time was 1 log deducted because request for unlock was sent. Later if you'll connect same phone again no more logs will be deducted.
So if you'll connect your phone now again, you will still see credit: 7 logs. After successfull unlock you'll still see balance: 7 logs.

I hope now it is clear for

For you is exactly same answer as before. Also you can try tomorrow evening connect phone you will see if unlock log is already calculated for you.

ah ok... I just wasn't sure what it's about. If it's up to my phone, or up to the server. But it's up to a delay of calculation.

During weekend there is less available resources. Therefore our automatic scheduling system is planning the calculations on soonest possible. There is many calcs these days..

I forgot to write, with other tools you don't know when calculation will be done, you have to use some 'Check calculation status' buttons etc.
With Cruiser Team's products you know exactly when your calculation will be done, amazing !

Without problems you can disconnect and power off phone and close Se Full Unlocker, your request is already on server in queue. Connect phone anytime later to check if your calculation was already done.

but why is writing wait 22 minutes if after 22 minutes the job is not done?

Always when you see "Operation has been scheduled" you can disconnect phone and close applicatin and connect it later.
Anyway your logs was already calculated so just start Full Unlocker again if your phone isn't unlocked yet.
