A question about updating firmware with cruiser...

Why does a ARM based phone loose all menu languages exept english when updating firmware with Cruiser (and loggers ect)?
The T9 languages is being keept, but my customers wants danish language in their phones menues aswell, I know I can get the danish menu back if I flash FS+CC, but then the customer will loose all his stuff on the phone...one of the smart things with the old AVR phones was that nothing was deleted when updating firmware.

So is it possible to update firmware without loosing anything? or will it soon be possible to upload languages to the phone without full rewrite of FS?
