i have a k750 that the buttoms 1,2,3, dont work i can turn it on but i cant turn it off . any advise will be higly apreciate

fraid it is a bigger prob than just rehot ic it is normally problem with keypad connector to pcb, not keypad itself ,there again i have experienced another ic, it be within the ic grouped nearest the connector , it seems to be sequence, 123 and back and cancell seem to be one ic and so on, so check these point
