Sharp 903sh in "Flight Mode" how to de-activate?

I have a Sharp 903sh which is in flight mode and i need to de-activate the flight mode? how do i do it? i hve tried unlocking it but that doesnt help! and i tried to reset setting but the phone code "0000" is not accepted? pls provide info!
