is there anyway i can change cruiser to english?

i don't know i download cruiser software from cruiser....
but it's in chinese...

have you tried opening Cruiser then going to settings, click on Language tab, then click English.

yo.. if i disconnect the cruiser.. it will show language. and then i choose english, i plug in the cruiser.. the language disappear.. and change back to chinese... someone help me...

Did you try, Setting to English, coming out of program (ie exiting cruiser) without removing dongle, then starting cruiser again? Ive just tried that and went from english to chinese and did again to turn back successfully.

yea i did............, when i plug it in.... it just change everything to chinese. and the language tap disappear.

because your SmartCard is set to be Chinese License .. so whenever you start Cruiser, it reads ur Smart Card, and will show Chinese

That doesnt make sense. My smart card is English, I change language to chinese, close program, start Cruiser again and still Chinese Language. So I Close program, remove Smartcard, turn off PC. When I start PC then insert Smartcard and start Cruiser again it is still set on Chinese Language and it is English card so I dont think that is the reason for his problem unless the Chinese Smartcards are different from English Smartcards.
I set it back to English just as easy.

u don'tbelieve?? Do you remember that Chinese and Indian Langage version of CRUISER is cheaper before?? If someone purchased a Chinese License for a cheaper price, and still can change to english by clicking mouse, then why Chinese version are cheaper?!

Believe me, because I have both smart card, one Englsih and one Chinese ...

English smart card can set to another language, and switch back .. but Chinese Version is SET TO BE CHINESE ..... program is the same, license is different ...

if you beliveve that u purchased a English card, then ask your reseller, they can give you an activation code for that ...

Where did you buy this Cruiser dongle , I am China HongKong and Taiwan Distruibuter ,sometime u also can contact me for this.

BTW ,pls change PC to test , If u make sure that 's problem with ur dongle ,send that to me , i will check for you !

When did you bought this dongle , cos before we realese a lot of dongle only have chinese ver. that can not change to english ver. if like what i said ,also u wanna change to english ver. pls send card ID to cruiser team for reacivation is ok!
