Member: 42570 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11 | Do you have more than one SmartCard plugged in (like also a setools or usb smart)? If so, go to the Settings window and authentication and pull down the "e-gate SmartCard Reader" box. If you have more than one option in there (not counting default) then try selecting that. You'll have to restart Cruiser for it to take effect I think. |

Member: 226496 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11 | unplug and replug in the dongle . install/ferify drivers are installed etc.. It just doesnt see the dongle is in. prob driver issue. |

Member: 42570 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11 | @GreenCheese: It doesn't seem to be a driver problem as Cruiser can obviously find a dongle, but thinks it's the wrong one. I have seen the same message when I plug in an old Fighter dongle I have here and it reports the same thing. |
