unable to use cruiser v66 @lead


hi
i am unable to use cruiser software it keeps on saying invalid box here is a screen shot.

Do you have more than one SmartCard plugged in (like also a setools or usb smart)?

If so, go to the Settings window and authentication and pull down the "e-gate SmartCard Reader" box. If you have more than one option in there (not counting default) then try selecting that. You'll have to restart Cruiser for it to take effect I think.

unplug and replug in the dongle . install/ferify drivers are installed etc..
It just doesnt see the dongle is in. prob driver issue.

@GreenCheese: It doesn't seem to be a driver problem as Cruiser can obviously find a dongle, but thinks it's the wrong one. I have seen the same message when I plug in an old Fighter dongle I have here and it reports the same thing.

it cant hurt. the time it happened to me i uninstalled the drivers , reinstalled and it worked. also make sure to reboot. who knows, just saying what worked for me...

tried at all but still smae problem, yes i do have setool, usbsmart but this problem never happened before this is the first time.

lead is it something in ur new update or something.

so lead or mizar are u guys looking at this problem what cab be done about this.
pls sort this problem out asap, i need all by boxes to work for my business to run this is very important to me guys sort it out in ur next update
