Hi Guys,

Just got the new 07 dongle couple days ago and still have a hard time to unlock DB2020 phones. I followed the instruction in Cruiser help file - backup GDFS & Security - check the firmware - Unlock RSA - Restore Firmware (but Fail so I full flash firmware) - Try to click the Direct Unlock & Read Code button but its grey out. (had used 2 logs)

Whats the model and have you installed the firmware restore files found on cruiser support in db2020 restore folder ?

if you flash the phone with main_fw and raw_fs on support you have to unlock rsa, restore firmware then read codes or direct unlock, then customize phone.

So you mean if Cruiser fail to automatic restore firmware, I need to Flash Main - Flash FS - Unlock RSA - Direct Unlock or Read Code - Customize FS.

brother, the restore files you are using (1.10) are for non db2020 phones. Please download DB2020 RESTORE FILES from support (under Restore Files Folder)
