it's just your mistake. you have to connect the phone turned on without any sim card and while connecting the cable choose Phone mode.

i did put it in phone mode but still the same.. any help.

Use Ultimate Unlocker and unlock it by flash method

Just flash phone and after try unlock again and will unlock correct now can't do nothing without lost credits with ultima unlocker or flash this phone.

I've write hits several times here on the forum.

1. Make sure the phone has a correct firmware (if not sure, just flash it)

2. Then, the most important thing - DO NOT CONNECT the phone in the FLASH MODE (powered off, holding 'C' or '2'+'5'), EXCEPT OF cases:
- when the phone is impossible to power-on because of corrupted security zone
- when there is a problem to boot/detect the phone in the flash-mode

3. Make sure, that phone MODEM drivers are installed and connect the powered-on phone (not required to run the unlocker application, this can be done just using the windows device manager), so it is correctly detected in WMC (MODEM) MODE. Being able to use the modem-mode is ESSENTIAL, otherwise you won't be able to finish the unlock

4. Run the unlocker application and connect the phone in modem-mode, the unlock procedure is then straightforward and does not require any user interaction

W960i is supported by the SE Ultimate Unlocker
Supreme account is needed but no credits are required.
No Flashing is required
Just connect and read codes.

Is there a way to remove the personal passwords from this phone?

Credits are required for this phone to be unlocked (and you should buy some).

phone is already unlocked but has personal passwords.
any easy way to get rrid of that.
Like Factory Reset/Master Reset but how?
