w550 strange problem, please help - GSM-Forum

hello
i hade two peices of w550i which give me hard work. i had flash many w550i with out problem , but those give me headace. i want to change language to them , but after flashing succesfully i have only white screen, what i am doing wronge.
i had convert to broun ,flash ARM flash file and write raw fs flash file, with out making customize, i had made customize for the first one it is Dead now, for the second i did not make customize,only white screen. Now when i look in the back front of the phones i found out it is writting .Not Type Approved. pro type not for sale. and the emei number of the phone is writting., so what shell i do , is their any solution for that problem.

try changing back to red and finalize
make sure you are using the right cid

Thanx for replay , but i still have the same problem.i can flash but when i want to finalize gdfs . it give me gdfs access terminated.
phone only have white screen. phone cid:49 - flash certificate A1_DB2010-49-red. otp cid:36. may be because phone cid:49 and otp cid:36 are diffirent. pleze help me.

If you have a Prototype phone you might be out of luck, Cruiser doesn't really support those 100%

Having said that, can you flash RawFS to the phone without problem? What about direct unlock?

thanx for replay, what about tornado with HWK can i flash this kind of phone with this box, any way protype phone i had it before with k300i and was able to flash them with out any problem, i hope that lead can help us i have many phones from s600i with white screen .

i have a similar phone and is working. if i back up full firmaware and flash it to the dead phone would it work, plezeee some body helpppp.
