have you thought this could be H/Ware fault?????? you say you have tried everthing !!!!!!!!!!!! have you checked the lcd ???? white screen it is quite common could be the screen/lcd itself or chip on the board,

All gdfs and Eroms are in supplemetry pack BUT W700 is not there, do you flash as somthing else (not sure)...
