W810 configuration error after unlock - GSM-Forum

hi,

I am trying to unlock a w810, I have unlocked rsa, restored fw and direct unlocked the phone, however the handset keeps saying "Confiruration error, please contact your network or service provider.

It does not let me do anything else.

Please can someone help.

HI,

thank you for your reply, however I have flashed the fone with the cw81sw and cw81fs fil. howeever I can not find the .chm files. please can you explaion in more detail.

load cruiser click on help then introdution, it should load otherwise can try other way

just goto start> run> and type in without quotes

"C:\program files\cruiser\cruiser.chm"

if it doesnt load then you havent installed cruiser correctly

However it keeps failing customize FS. I have selected the correct lanuage file and typed in the correct FV. Please can you advise.

Please post here the log file about what you are trying to do. Copy and paste here what appears when you try to customize FS.
