I was flashing the phone, but fails when I tried to changed to return the red certificate, here is the error...

I'm using the cruiser 10.33 beta, I just bouth the cruisier pro box around one month ago.

Just follow flashing procedure for CID 49. Read the manual in help file. For CID 49 you don't change certificate.
