i think the phone are unlocked.
if not try to enter the nck unlock manually.

Your log shows that your phone IS unlocked, what error does your phone say when you insert a different sim?

display shows no coverage network...
put nck manually still not work..

"No network coverage" is usually GDFS problem. First try to reflash Main & FS, if that won't help then try to repair GDFS somehow. Also, your IMEI might be blacklisted.

yes it works with 3 simcard....

i think handset was already unlocked ,,,and Blacklisted,
in Uk sometime phones that are Blacklisted can be used on 3
maybe this is the case in your Country..
