w900i writing CDA Article MS string... Failed!! phone keeps restart - GSM-Forum

w900i flash ok,
1.normal boot, any CID, use TP
2.change certificate to brown,checked use another method
3.repair erom
4.flash main , W900i_CXC1250057_Generic_R5BC004_Red49.cw9sw
5.flash FS, W900i_CXC1250058_Europe1_R5BC004_Red49.cw9fs
6.customize fs

customizing phone---done
writing CDA Article MS string---Failed!!

phone keeps restart now ???

anyone know how to repair ??
