what is this file and how it can be used "CruiserFWRestore_v1.04_installer"

It is an installation file that contain "restore firmware" files to be used after unlock RSA in CID49 phones.

This file contains firmware restore flashes for Red cid49 phones. When you unlock RSA for that kind of phone a part of it's firmware is delete which couse the phone dead. You need to do this to unlock or flash phones without TP, but after doing it you have to flash restore flashes to fix and revive it. Read carefully the Help and search in forum for more info - this was discussed before.
