Member: 22109 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | It's easy Go to Security Zone and select brown CID 36 (i think it's CID 36 - check what Cruiser tells you when booting the phone!). Once you've selected the right certificate just select "Replace certificate" It's all documented in the help file Best regards Martin |

Member: 22109 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Yes thats the usual way of doing. It's possible to change the CID if you want, but how and least of all WHY! I do not know? I surpose it could be usefull if you wanted to convert one phone model to a completely other model. Anyway. Choose the same as displayed doing the boot and you'll be fine. Once you're done working with the phone remember to change the CID certificate back to red. Good luck Best regards Martin |

Member: 42570 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11 | Do not change the CID unless you know what you're doing. The only time I change CID is when I'm flashing CID36 files into a CID29 phone, then I upgrade it to CID36 This is so if it goes to a service centre they don't go "WTF?" |
