just cant unlock any model
unistall your se usb driver and change for old verion

man i see that you face the same problem like me! i was think that it is virus! i failed this week to unlock all se i have even flash with A1JAVA FLASH fail. so what version of driver to install? the old one with cruiser 13.20?

test by myself just use old USB drivers and all works fine, i've personally experienced this solution and faced the same problem previously.

Downgrade your driver to 2.1.0.0 and your problem will be solved.
