I think will be good way , if making Registeration with small amount of $$ (as insurance) to can limit some spammers & those who register for asking about free unlock code & those who use double accounts to settle some situations with their competitors. , also this can be used in Main sales section as Few $$ will not be a huge cost to any Professional Service provider .

Those few amount of $$ took as insurance returned to the one who paid it in the form of privilages in the forum such as : putting their advertisment in main sales section sticky Or something else.

1. Free codes - Forbidden. Let's ban all users who give free codes.

2. Special section as subforum on R&D - Code testers. This will help in reverse. Also can be used as betatesters section.

3. Algorithm stock exchange. Bridge between Box owners and Free developers. Ofcourse with percent from deal for donation forum.

4. Product supporters - Let's they be Moderators only in their sections. I other sections they are normal users and can receive infractions.

Hello, Few from my side.

Make new Category of Product Author.

Product Author Should have power to assign and remove Product Managers & Supporters.

Product Author Should have power whenever he see any Bad/Advertisement/spam Thread or post ( posts & threads not from any Box section ) in any section he can Temporary Delete it. That post deleted by Product Author will not display for Normal users & Supporters. it can visible for Managers, Author etc. As it's Temp. delete the link of post/thread will be emailed to mod. when he will come online he can manage it.

All Supporters & Managers which unable to understand and unable to write good English must be remove. i know some managers and many supporters really hard to understand them.

Rename Rank to of Managers & Supporters & Authors to their Product Support. Some time really hard to know which is from which team.

Make All Login to paid. Every new and old user have to pay 1 USD for registration. this is not for forum this is just for product forum from beggars

and about chat box in main page thats really a bad idiea

What's Professional definition ? less people know it here . we need it .
1 : Forum admins & Mods less communicative .
2 : Mods don't respect forum members , just some exceptional Mods .
3 : Product supporters don't respect , those give them money ( unlockers )
your post can be deleted without reason . nobody take cares if Products or Updates are true , think of . let's complain it's our right .
4 : We need section where we could to complain regarding Products , quality .
5 : be sure members are unlocker before accept them .. by creating a Vip Section .
6 : and say bye bye to Free codes .
7 : we all have the same right , so apply it .
8 : funny's some show 5 years like age . , members have to show their real info .


ps : in the Gsm field , we all know Gsmhosting rank . only you are able to keep our business alive . so we need you create appropriate Place for us ..

Hi!

As living with all of you for 7 years, I have seen many events and things here. Here are my suggestions, I hope will be useful.

1. Remove Free Codes
We see many free codes, and free code beggars. Anyone providing such codes shall be banned for ever, or atleast few months. So same shall apply on free code beggars.

2. No offensive post or comparison with same kind of tool in any Support Section
You can notice some users (sometimes some insider pretending to be a user), compares or post against another product in a Support Section. For example, someone post in Support Section of ABC Box about XYZ Box, saying XYZ Box failed, ABC Box done. If want to praise, do in their section, if want a complaint, do in their forum, not in others.
We all know user has right to post success or fail story, but it should concern only to related support section, not to insult or put anything against some other product. (We often see this situation with some ALWAYS_FIGHT_WITH_EACH_OTHER teams )
In short, no abuse for another product in a product support section.

3. Paid Registration
We all know, Forum earns enough Just joking.
But in fact it will protect us all from spammers. 1$ is not a big amount. Everyone earns from here. Whether a normal user or a technician. So paying 1$ for registration is nothing. Should be applied to new users as well as old users. I am ready to pay 10$ just now, bcoz if know I have earned thousands by help of this forum.

4. No Discussion View Without Login
Many other forums use this function to force users to register. I do not ask for it for the same reason, but to protect registered users. Why anyone, without registering here shall be allowed to view solutions? Atleast in section which does not belong to a particular product like Hardware Repair sections.

5. No Free Compiled Codes
In Reverse Engineering section, we often see free code calculators. Thread was started discussing about an algo, and once revealed, bombarded with free calculators. That shall not be allowed in anyway. If you are a coder, you know how to code it, so why need to put free EXEs?

6. No Product Cracks In Forum
In every few months we find xxx tool cracked, and free download provided. This really kills market and more importantly, kills someone hardwork. It shall never happens to any product, atleast with Products which has its own Support Section in this forum. For example, MX-Key, Infinity, CDMA-Workshop and Cyclone etc etc. Some were just true, some were fake, but it does not matter at all.

7. Live Support
Not for the whole forum, but for Products. Users can contact directly with Product Managers and Supporters thru Live Support and get solution. Because, we can not talk in realtime with PM or PS thru posts. If PM or PS will find that this should be posted in public, they can ask user to do so.

8. Response Meter for Product Supporters
In some sections we find more than needed product supporters. May be they are because they are needed, but not in all cases. Also it not possible to find who is helpful and who is not. So there shall be an option to vote a PS or PM for their responsiveness. And shall show up just below their Nick.

9. Increase Attachment Size
Attachment size shall be increased a little bit, because, sometime we find it problematic for us. May be its same as it was 7 years ago, or I just never noticed.

10. Increase Helpful and Responsible Moderators
It was the really a nice move to make Moulnisky and Victor Moderators. Believe me, we need more people like them.

This is all what came into my mind. If have some more, will post here for sure.

Do u really think that this user, who begs for one free code will buy it from u? For sure not, he will go to another place and will get his code for free. We loose one new user, we loose traffic, ...
This user, who is searching one code, could be interesting in gsm. He looks arround, found some other threads which are interesting him, probably he answer on this thread. He will get now a member who helps others. This is what we are searching for.

Please look in past, when ZFrank has grounded this forum. For what was it grounded for? For helping others, free codes, free software, etc. Not for commercial as it is today.

Personally i think, allow again free BB-Codes, let´s catch every user who wants a free code and let´s grow our community bigger and bigger. Better we catch them as other forum!

You are not wrong at all. But i think if paid registration then it can be good.

As again, we earn from here.

Also all major Hardware and Software Products are here, and all technicians use one of them. So if discussion needs registration, user must come here.

This forum is not for commercial/professional users only, this is also for beginners, for those people who just want to have some help... It would be crazy to have a paid registration.

What we could do to decrease those spam posters, is to proof every user. But we have hundreds new users every day, who should do that? Admin have other work to do... We are doing really our best to catch all the spam, we need all your help for this. Just do a report, we will react asap.

Its not just a job only for Admins or Moderators, but we, all users, if love this forum, should come up and help to fight them.

so the forum should first and foremost cater to its biggest and loyal users.
