WHY are some still allowed to advertise/link to other forums?
 

How come, despite various "reports" made about this and even (TOTALLY IGNORED:() pm,s sent to Rahul_Bhutaniadmin ("Super Mod") are some posters STILL allowed to use other forum names as their password to download/extract various files?

I myself was given a warning about advertising another forum in my User Profile Fields which I fully accepted but it seems others are still allowed to continue BLATANTLY advertise other forums?

The rules are for everyone. If you see something wrong in our forum please keep reporting the incident by report button (it's faster). For sure it will be corrected by one of our mods/smods.

We receive dozens/hundreds of reports and PM daily. And depending on the moderator may even have hundreds of PM's to read. We are always concerned with updating and solve everyday problems.
