Thumbs down D-client server is not working.....i have been tried for the whole day.not successful


i bought my credit.
but the server is not working..for the whole day.!!

please fix it!!

Saturday 10th May 08

I spent 18 to buy credits over a week ago.
1. I had to eMail and wait just to get my username and 'password'.
2. The server was then down - I eMailed support but got no reply.
3. The server worked briefly yesterday but the password supplied didn't work.
3. The server is now down once again!

This is surely fraud - paying for something which blatantly doesn't work.
I'll be visiting my trading standards office on Monday and pursuing a dispute claim via PayPal.

The whois database details the site owner as
Kevin Will,
Derwent Road,
Palmers Green,
London, England,
N13 4PX

forget support on D-Client. i send many mails never respond
from makers.

For support they have no time.

You should ask for help your reseller - man who sell you D-client logs. If you are not satisfied with support, buy next time logs from other site.

what is the use off support if latest update of D-Client dont work?
Tryed whit 15 *******rs all get errors .
Only the first and second version off D-Client worked.
Just fix the bugs in D-Client .
And resellers also dont get support of sellers .
