Problem unlocking W980 Server eats 0.4 credit and phone still locked.

How can we solve this problem, and how to get the credit back?

Hi!

Got confirmation from customer who tell's me that phone unlocked flawlessly with the new 5.03beta with no new credit deducted from account...
