d-unlocker doesnt see W302 - GSM-Forum

Hey guys, im new here with also a question.
Ive got the W302 from SE, and i want to unlock it.. Ive got a supreme log but i cant get D-unlocker to reconize the phone, not on XP or on VISTA.

I tried several times, using the recent drivers from SE and drivers from the D-unlocker with no results.
Im using the USB cable btw, also tried holding C and 2+5 and holding nothing.

Can you please help me with this?
Cause the log wasnt really cheap

D-unlocker is not working for few months.

Shouldnt D-unlocker see the phone anyways?

And should i ask my money back from my reseller? cause im not really happy with waiting for months. cause i only want to unlock my own phone so i can use it with my other provider.
And now i have no use of it at all. so any help would be appreciated a lot.

Basically, you reseller have profit from your purchase, so I think it's clear he must give you support. Also for you is faster deal directly with your reseller, ask him what to do or ask him for refund.

If you are not satisfied with support from your reseller, choose other reseller next time.
