This is my first attempt at using your software. Having followed the instructions, when I have inserted three different network sims I have got the "Inactive Sim" message on the phone.

I have also tried to enter a code manually by the above instruction. After I press the left arrow for the second time the cursor moves between the two stars. After entering the code, nothing happens. (Am I doing this right?)

inactive sim is usually displayed if a phone is reported lost or stolen(barred from the network provider),correct me if im wrong

Unlocking is done, if not you see "Insert correct SIM" or similar. Inactive SIM is not related with unlock, check with your provider if SIM is ok, if phone is not stolen etc.
