GDFS reconstruction is an expert repair operation, and it must be used in that way. If you read the manuals / info tabs / my forum posts, you will find out, that this operation destroys unique phone data (in your case seems radio calibration is different). So it seems that the GDFS backup file you choosed is not compatible with that particular phone. You must choose another GDFS file.
Please use GDFS reconstruction only if all other procedures fail to revive the phone, otherwise you can destroy good unique data, which you never can get back.
