Today, adding to your account 1 credit, loan balance was 1.1.
In carrying out the procedure to unblock a phone W302 withdrew 0.4 credit, wrote that although the action today in the presence of a free unlock more than 1 credit from 16 to 17 hours to GMT.

Which time zone are you, the promotion was until 17:00PM in GMT, or 5 PM.

Strange... product supporter should try to solve this... Maybe you also tried to reset user code. Only unlock was free. Post you log here.
