Hello Team!

There is not some description accidentally (Picture, MS Word, PDF...) IBM laptop password to a solution? This would be good types support download. How we shall do it? Please help!

Photos were uploaded to download area. you can find it via download manager build in SBS Tools.

when i click on support on sbs soft nothing happen, i need too ibm files, pdf etc... thx

There is no need to post any other links, Support Download Manager works smoothly for activated box/key.

Martech Team Public Support - download latest version from here.

thanks for fast answer, but not work for me, tried on 2 computers, soft is activated, nothing appear

other thing seems there s not selection for IBM R60e on soft, i see is supported on your latest update

R60e is based on TPM chip, like some other new IBM's. We will add it as beta and update will be in very short time.

But the question is, what for you "nothing appear" means?
exactly, what errors, photos from tool, you can also make good photos of your ibm pcb to PM.

when i press on "support" button on sbs soft ver 3.2.1.1 : nothing happen, no fles browser like siemens tool, no internet page, like button is disabled because when i clic no reaction from soft but other buttons works.

Also, for IBM R60e what kinf of pictures you need : mainboard or ?
if you can precise i will send good pictures
