a40 speker not working

of course after changing the speaker
check the tow connectors of the speaker on the board with each other by avometer you will find no report,
then check each one of the connectors with gnd
you will find that ther's one is make a report with gnd
and the other will not this connector jumper it to gnd(ground)
please send me the result
