looker Insane Poster Join Date: May 2001 Location: Europe Posts: 72 Member: 4747 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0	GF768 flash chip problem Hi, I can't flash soft to GF 768, soft shold be ok- using saras Ericsson tool V1.7 I can read and program eeprom, but I cat'n to flash firmware :-( When I reading flash,it always stoped after 81 bytes read. I tryed to replace flash (original - TE28F008 with T28F008) and phone can't to enter test mode. So I was put the original flash back and now I can enter to test mode and operate with eeprom. But still can't flashing :-( Please tell me, what I should to check first. (what is the erasing and flashing voltage on flash chip?) Does anybody have service manual for GF768 ? I have some ser. manuals, we can exchange.. Thank U for any idea
