Red face How to find mobile hardware parts like transisters easily

I m starting this thread because i cant find any way (by searching on internet as well as in market) that how to find the psmall parts like capaciters and transisters for a mobiile phone to repair it....

I think this is major problem for begginers(like me).
one can find LCDs,mics, ringers etc. easily but cant find capaciters of same value and transister of same type...

I searched a lot in my city's biggest electronic market but cant find any place to buy these parts for mobile. They have parts for computer's powersupply,speakers,cd-roms etc.
They also have some IC's for mobile but very few. Most of the needed ic's are also un available.

If any one want to share his knowledge (or any link regarding problem) please post the replys to this thread.

bro place a poster at your door steps like this `we buy dead phones` in a few months you will have a sack full of dead phones full of ic`s. have been in the game for sometime and has really worked out for me. most original phones pcb have major resemblence in parts. you can surely navigate between boards and you will get what you want

Thats nice thing.
But some cunfusions also their.....
when i asked some repairers they said if 1 or two/three capaciters are short just through them out. Is it right??

also i would have to google for the service manuals of these phones which i will ppurchase. So that i shall come to know that which capaciter is of which value and which transister is of which type...
is it not a lengthy proccess??

And about ic's..
i think the ic of 1 phone will be very rare in other phone?

what do you mean 1 or 2 ,3 capasitors short you throw them out? as far as my ability it doesnt necessarily imply that all other components in a dead are damaged. the health of a dead phone may depend on nature of events that rendered it dead. if you have manual and meter its possibly to identify good from bad resistors, diodes and others. for ic its quite challenging.

`i think the ic of 1 phone will be very rare in other phone?`
talking from my own experience most phones from same manufucturer have similar ics e.g [1110,1600,1112,2310.] [1100,2300] [2630,2600c] [6300c,3110c]are very similar with minor differences.
