need max 323 shematic - GSM-Forum

do someone know what is inside max323, becouse there is two ways to connect this chip to phone.

Well it contains 4 separated inverters "schmidett trigger gates" , ( in 2 couples In/out + In/out) for serial port communications , plus a voltage doubller section.

thanx a lot, so i can use others chips with schmidett trigger gates, for comunicating with pc.

Yes U can do that but within the volt-IN / volt-out threshould conditions , U can use the 74HC... seires or the CMOS 4xxx seires fameliys , but all the ways follow its operating voltage conditions.
