ezSEMC tool user don't fit - GSM-Forum

Can't write my setool user name in the ezSEMC toll user box. My user name is too long (which is totally ridiculous) for this? I use the same user name in every other service. The user is maxelwahed_01 and in ezSEM tool y can only write maxelwah. What can I do?

But why do you have to put a Setool username in ezSEMC client?
Both are not the same anyway.
