after update uasim - phone write message on power on

no pin ask

Sim Failure

on operator bar - invalid sim

if i update firmware of card to 3.10 - ask pin but not unlock phone

help please

Did you try already with firmware version 2.8?
Already tried few pcs 4 / 4s and even 3Gs all worked without any hassle after following those instructions posted by ezNinja.
