Pinfider don`t work - GSM-Forum

I recently bought the spiderman box and I have followed the instruction as it says at the following link http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f582...finder-540889/ and my box is not working.

I have contacted to the reseller support and they said to try different com ports and it still not working.

I have tested it with 4 different cell phones and did not work neither. I have installed it in another PC and of course it did not work.

I use XP, just in case if you need to know this iformation.

The issue is when I try to search the phone the software scanned and scanned and it didnt find the pins neither said that the operation was a success. In other words, the cell phone could not be found by the software.

I need you to help me and find a solution as soon as possile due to it is a tool that I work with and it is very necessary to keep my work running. Hope you have a solution soon. Thank you so much for your patience regarding this matter.

Did u try all ”Spread”Platform, and phone hardware type
